Formatting Notes

• Italic text is shown with underscores (_text_). Apply italics when pasting into your document.
• References use a hanging indent: first line flush left, subsequent lines indented 0.5 inches.
• Bibliography entries should be in alphabetical order by the first author's last name.
• IEEE uses numbered references [1], [2], etc. in the order they appear in your text.
