This Privacy Policy describes how TechSystem Lab ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit techsystemlab.com (the "Site") or use our Android application, Techsystemlab (the "App"). By using the Site or the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

The Site and the App are treated very differently here, and the difference is worth stating plainly: the Site uses cookies, analytics, and advertising, all described below. The App does none of those things and collects nothing at all. Section 11 covers the App specifically.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Information you provide. When you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or use interactive tools, you may voluntarily provide your name, email address, or other details.
• Automatically collected data. When you visit the Site, we and our partners automatically collect certain information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and pages visited, using cookies and similar technologies.
• Tool input data. Our free online tools (calculators, converters, formatters, and similar utilities) generally process your input directly in your browser. Where processing happens on our servers, we do not retain the content you submit beyond what is necessary to return a result.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our tools.

• To send newsletters or updates you have subscribed to (you can opt out at any time).

5. Analytics

We use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to help us understand how visitors engage with the Site. These services collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, including cookies and your IP address, and use it to compile aggregated reports on Site activity.

6. Your Consent Choices

If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you are asked for consent before advertising or analytics cookies are stored. Until you make a choice, Google's advertising and measurement tags run in a restricted mode that stores no cookies and collects no advertising identifiers, and our session-analytics provider is not loaded at all. The consent prompt is provided through Google's certified consent management platform.

Visitors outside those regions are not shown the prompt, and the cookies described in this policy are set on arrival. Wherever you are, you can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through Google Ads Settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

To change or withdraw a choice you have already made, clear this site's cookies in your browser; the prompt will be shown again on your next visit.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

11. Mobile Application

The App is a collection of network and security utilities that run entirely on your device. It is built to work with no network connection at all, and its privacy behaviour follows from that.

• No personal data is collected. The App has no accounts, no sign-in, and no way to identify you. We receive nothing when you use it.
• No Android permissions are requested. The App declares no permissions of any kind — not internet access, not storage, not location. You can verify this on the App's Play Store listing under "Permissions".
• Nothing you type leaves your device. Every calculation, conversion, hash, and lookup runs locally. Text you enter into a tool — including passwords you check the strength of — is held in memory while the screen is open and is never transmitted or stored.
• On-device preferences. Your favourite tools, recently opened tools, and light or dark theme choice are saved in the App's own storage on your device. They are never sent anywhere, and uninstalling the App deletes them.
• No analytics, advertising, or crash reporting. The App contains no third-party tracking or advertising software. The cookies, analytics, and AdSense described elsewhere in this policy apply to the Site only.

Two things are worth calling out, because they are the only points at which information can move off your device, and both require an explicit action from you:

• Sharing. Tools offer a share action and a copy button. Sharing hands the content to whichever app you choose from the Android share sheet, and copying places it on your device clipboard. What happens to it afterwards is governed by that app or by Android, not by us.
• Links to the Site. Some screens link to techsystemlab.com. Following one opens your browser, at which point the rest of this policy — cookies, analytics, and advertising — applies as it would to any visit to the Site.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
